the inside blender “Z” shape, two motors control the inside blender and the dumping hopper.

3. The hard biscuit forming machine.
Five parts included: dough hopper–first roller– second rollers– third roller– and molder–the recycle dough collecting.
It is used for pressing dough to ideal thicknesses and ensures the dough sheet is even and elastic. The roller, made of high hardness alloy steel, is strong and has no deformation. The automatic tensioning and deviation rectification devices are equipped on the belt to make sure of reliable conveyance.
4. Baking oven
The tunnel oven is an ideal oven for baking biscuits, until now, the hot air circulating oven, gas-fired oven, infrared ovens, diesel ovens are available for clients.
There are 3 or 4 temperature zones for the oven. For hard biscuit: fixed shape(200-220 degrees)—baking(210-230 degrees)—heat preservation(180 degrees)
The tunnel oven’s length and width are customizable according to customer requirements.
5. Cooling
The cracker will be cooled in a natural way, the swerve machine helps you to save space if your factory is no longer enough.
The cooling belt speed can be adjusted by the inverter motor.
