The cake production line is the semiautomatic line, 100-500kg/h, dose filling by the cylinder.

The whole line process: Mixer—Forming Machine—Baking—Cooling—Filling Cream—Packing.

2. Cake Forming Machine: Single/double/Four rows forming machine suits for capacity.
3. Baking Oven: Three heating sources oven( gas, electric, and diesel) are available.
Electric oven heating by the “U” shape heating tubes. gas or diesel oven can be connected with LPG or natural gas.

Temperature: 0-380 degree. one/two/four trolleys oven offer.
4. Cooling line: you can choose more trolleys for cooling the cake or by the cooling line.
5. Filling machine: this machine is for filling jam or cream into the cake for custard.
6. packing part: the oil-free compress and the nitrogen-making machine will be needed for longer shelf life.
