This machine is for making chocolate beans( sphere, egg beans, or MM shapes beans).
It cold rolls the chocolate paste directly into shapes through the pressing rolls, then enter into a cooling tunnel and de-edging and separating mechanism.
It is a fully automatic line, the capacity range is 70-200kg/h. it produces various 3-D shapes of chocolate through the printing of double-roller, cold-rolling forming.
The size of the products can be customized according to customer needs, such as spherical shaped, egg-shaped, M&M lentil-shaped, heart-shaped.
Normal time, equipped with chocolate polishing machine or printing numbers machine for better surface and taste.

The whole line process: oil tank—conches—holding tank—depositing and cooling—separator–packing.
1. Oil tank: Melting cocoa butter.
2. Conches: grinding the materials for 14 hours to 20-25um.
3. Holding tank: stirring the syrup for lower moisture and reducing the bubbles
4. Forming Machine: pressing chocolate beans, cooling, and rim-remove system.
