1.  Mixer: Stirring dough, oil, and another formula for around 15-30 minutes

2. The forming machine meets modern requirements:

Each shaft of the machine has a separate drive with individual frequency regulation of rotation speed; belt tension by the pneumatic device and easy operation. Easy cleaning and change the forming rotors for product change.

 

 

There is a catalog of dies for a forming drum of the rotor to meet various cookies size and shape requirements. it is possible to customize dies according to a customer’s sketch.

 

3. Baking oven:

Biscuit baking time:7-9min, 3 or 4 temperature zones into the oven  For Soft biscuit:  baking(210-230 degrees) and  heat preservation(160-180 degrees)

gas or electric tunnel oven is available.

Sugar biscuit, the cake, mooncake, manual, or bread can be baked by the oven.

 

 

 

4. Biscuit cooling and conveyor: Natural cooling better surface and longer shelf life.

Equipped the frequency conversion motor to control the belt speed

 

 

5. Packing machine: For Packing in a bag in a different style.

 

6. For better biscuit taste, clients will also add an oil sprayer machine and the spray machine.
