The Details:

Sanitary structure designed and meet the GMP requirement. The heating temperature, depositing speed, molding tracking, the candy-filled amount can be read into the PLC. LED touch screen displays process flow and easy operation.  Mixing essence, pigment, and acid when working.

The process:  Electromagnetic sugar cooker–storage tank–depositing–cooling–packing

1.  Electromagnetic sugar cooker: Putting sugar, glucose, and water into the tank, and heating them to 140 degrees.

the electromagnetic cooker pot, heating by electric, clean and environmentally friendly.

The melted syrup goes to the storage tank by a pump.

2. Storage tank :

the tank just for storage the syrup to keep the continuous working, inside the blender, mixing and scraping.

3. Depositing with a cooling tunnel:

  1. all the tubes with the machine are jacket layer and keeping warm by water.
  2. all the wires connected to the control cabinet.
  3. Dynamic mixers equipped for mixing flavor and pigment.
  4. cooling by fan
  5. easy depositing.

 

4. Adding a plug-stick machine, changing the molds, then you can also make the lollipop candy on the same line.
