The Details:

All working procedures from melting pot, storage tank, depositing, cooling, and packing.

1.  Melting pot: Putting sugar, glucose, water into the tank, and heating them to 108 degrees.

the electric, gas, and steam pot can be available.  There is a scraper into the pot, stirring and scraping in the case for burned.

The melted syrup goes to the storage tank by a pump.

2. Storage Tank:

Cooling the syrup to 90 degrees and adding the mixed pectin or gelatin, then deliver the syrup to the depositing hooper by the pump.

The connect tubes is jacket layer and keep warming by the water tank.

All the lines blocked well into the wire slot.

3. The depositing Line:

the single row, double rows, three-lines, and four-line machines we can make.

The oil sprayer (for spraying the oil into the candy mols for easy de-mold), flavor, and color pump were installed.

4. Drying Room.

After cooling, the soft candy is going to the drying room for 40 hours for reducing the moisture inside.

The dehumidifier and dryer machine will be needed.

 

5. Sugar or Polishing.

The candy will be wrapped in sugar or coated with oil meeting your markets.

6. Packing

the machine will be fixed well on the wooden pallet, oiled and packed.
